What you will do:
- Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of health care benefits for employees and retirees, and the Caterpillar PPO Network providers
- Administers Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee data and provider data in line with company.
- Participates in Total Rewards related projects, interacting and communicating with internal and external partners.
- Performs qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on Total Rewards related programs to support business.
- Ensures compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee and provider data in line with company policies.
What you will have:
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Benefits Programs: Knowledge of employee benefits programs, processes, issues of benefit programs.
Retirement Programs: Knowledge of features, policies and processes of retirement programs.

- This is a fully onsite role Monday to Friday in office.

Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
