Description
Deliver high-quality, resilient digital customer journeys through rigorous end-to-end testing and disciplined defect management.As a Quality Assurance Lead within Quality Engineering, you independently own end-to-end testing delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring quality outcomes, traceability, and stakeholder confidence. You plan and execute functional, integration, resilience, and regression testing across cross-system customer journeys, supported by strong defect management and governance. You continuously improve testing processes, influence cross-functional partners, and provide transparent quality reporting through dashboards and execution metrics.
Job Responsibilities
- Own quality assurance outcomes by managing testing projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, reporting, and governance.
- Build and maintain quality dashboards, test plans, and weekly test execution/status reporting to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel, balancing priorities and timelines to meet delivery milestones and stakeholder expectations.
- Execute operational, manual, and functional testing across end-to-end customer journeys, including cross-system validation.
- Drive defect management end-to-end by raising clear bugs, participating in triage, coordinating fixes, retesting, and tracking closure in defect tools.
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to align scope, resolve issues quickly, and ensure successful release outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and accelerate testing processes, mentoring peers and driving continuous improvement through influence.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and the full testing lifecycle, including SAFe/Agile practices
- Extensive experience in functional, integration, resilience, and regression testing with cross-system validation
- Demonstrated ability to create test cases, maintain test scripts, and deliver governed test plans with full traceability and reporting
- Hands-on experience with defect management and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, and APIs, including Salesforce testing approaches
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Graduate or Master's degree
- 10+ years of manual testing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication with effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong MS Office skills with high attention to detail, analytical rigor, and multitasking/time-management ability
