Description
The Product Delivery Manager within Identity & Access Management - Privileged Access is responsible for managing product features and leading end to end product delivery execution to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant outcomes for customers. This role partners closely with engineering, risk, and operations teams to manage intake, dependencies, releases, and operational readiness while meeting firm wide regulatory and control requirements.Job Responsibilities
• Lead end‑to‑end product delivery including intake, planning, dependency management, release coordination, and operationalization
• Own delivery feasibility assessments and execution plans for a defined book of work
• Drive cross‑functional coordination across product, engineering, risk, compliance, and operations partners
• Lead and track change management activities, ensuring adherence to firm risk, controls, and regulatory standards
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand privileged access delivery needs, controls requirements, and implementation considerations
• Provide transparent delivery status, performance metrics, and risk reporting
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer experience
• Support firm‑wide initiatives focused on reducing and optimizing privileged access usage
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with exposure to domains such as Privileged Access Management, authentication and authorization
• Experience delivering complex technology products involving vendor products and home grown solutions in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle management, operational readiness, and release execution
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and delivery risks across multiple teams
• Experience working within risk, controls, audit, or compliance frameworks
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution leadership skills
Preferred qualifications
• Experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), with understanding of protocols such as Kerberos, SSH, OAuth, OIDC, SAML.
• Familiarity with Governance, Rick and Compliance procedures and how it applies to PAM products in large financial or enterprise environments
• Experience supporting firm‑wide or cross‑LOB initiatives with high visibility and governance rigor.
