Description
Contribute to improving product delivery outcomes by supporting execution, managing dependencies, and enhancing operational efficiency across product issue management workflows.As a Product Delivery Associate - Product Issue Management within Commercial & Investment Bank's Payments Platforms, you will support the execution and optimization of product delivery processes, with a focus on issue management and release coordination. You will help manage dependencies, track delivery progress, and ensure alignment across stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end endpoint rejects processes, including tracking, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders
- Support release management activities, ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support delivery execution and improve operational efficiency
- Track and report key metrics related to issue management, rejects, and delivery outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of efficiency initiatives
- Contribute to effective documentation and communication of processes, issues, and resolutions
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery, operations, issue management, or a related domain
- Strong understanding of delivery processes and continuous improvement practices
- Experience supporting release management and deployment processes
- Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving capability, with ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Ability to coordinate across stakeholders in a matrix environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Knowledge of Merchant Services and payments domain
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices
- Experience in payments, issue management, or a related domain preferred
- Understanding of payment fees, billing, or reconciliation processes
- Basic proficiency in SQL; familiarity with tools such as Stratus or Python is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
