About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor in Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for CSBB Operations. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either our fulfillment teams or our warehouse and Specialty print departments.
• Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
• Collect data and prepare related operational reports
• Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
• Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
• Coordinate projects
• Furnish information to authorized persons
• Operate forklift equipment
• Perform picking task by use of RF device

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of warehouse software systems such as Oracle and Warehouse Management System (WMS), in order to perform picking tasks
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skill
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience performing moderately dexterous tasks, such as picking product and packing, repeatedly
• Previous work in a general warehouse/fulfillment setting, working under supervision, performing tasks such as picking, shipping, and loading and unloading trailers, moving materials using manual pallet jacks and powered forklift equipment.
• Experience with manually processing FedEx Shipments through Pitney Suite.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs (pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift.
• The position requires walking and standing for extended periods of time and pushing/pulling pallets of carts.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, reach, grasp repeatedly during an 8-hour shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment i.e. warehouse
• Ability to obtain certification and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and order selectors
