Job Description:
This job is responsible for assisting Business Support teams by executing a range of administrative and financial functions for a specific line of business or group. Key responsibilities include maintaining databases, supporting reporting, budgeting and forecasting, coordinating review processes, and preparing presentation materials. Job expectations include serving as a point of contact for the team, executing tasks with minimal supervision, and working both independently and collaboratively across business support functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in creating business presentations on strategy, business performance, planning initiatives and other materials for senior leadership
- Communicates and interacts with team members across various lines of business
- Assists in execution of business governance activities including identification and management of issues and monitoring/testing of controls for the business
- Assists with a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints
- Performs comprehensive client planning, competitor and financial industry benchmark research
- Participates in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$38.46 - $40.87 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
