MBAF CPAs, LLC, is an independent, full-service, public accounting and consulting firm with more than 400 partners and staff based in offices in Miami, New York City, Baltimore, Boca Raton, Boulder, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Valhalla and India. Our knowledgeable and experienced accountants and advisors work as a team, with a hands-on approach to service, implementing strategies based on their ample business experience to best serve our clients’ needs. The firm’s core practices consist of tax and accounting, audit, technology consulting, litigation support, business valuation, fiscal and infrastructure consulting, trusts and estates, and private wealth service. In addition, our service offerings extend to non-profit, technology, healthcare, real estate, sports, and entertainment among other industries. We also offer a full complement of advisory services, including internal control review, tax consulting for charitable trusts and private foundations, international tax and private client services, estate planning and administration, personal financial planning, appraisal and business valuations, and financial systems consulting services.

Today
MBAF has 65 principals and a professional staff of about 450 CPAs, business advisors, and technology consultants. Honored as one of America's best performing independent accounting firms for 18 years by Inside Public Accounting, the firm offers a complete portfolio of services in tax, audit, litigation support, and technology consulting.
2011
MBAF announces their combination with ERE, a highly respected New York-based accounting and consulting firm servicing the Tri-State area. The union of the two firms represents an increased commitment to clients across multiple markets and industries, domestic and international, expanded depth and expertise and increased career and personal development opportunities for MBAF staff.
2007
MBAF opens its Baltimore, Maryland office, with particular expertise in automobile dealership audits.
2007
Silver & Associates, based in Orlando, Florida, joins MBAF. The firm opens a new office in Boca Raton, Florida, and strengthens its Private Wealth Services Group.
2006
Reputable firm Freeman, Buczyner & Gero joins MBAF, bringing further expertise in tax and accounting.

MBAF's national award-winning technology affiliate, White Owl Solutions launches PaperSave®, a document imaging and storing system

The Fort Lauderdale office opens, and MBAF embarks on a push north to expand services and accessibility throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. These efforts were accelerated when MBAF joined forces the following year with Peed, Koross & Finkelstein, P.A., a prominent CPA and consulting firm located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale.
2000
MBAF has become a regional powerhouse with nearly 100 CPAs and consultants. As one of the largest independent accounting firms in the Southeast, MBAF was also home to the largest staff of professionals Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As a result, the firm's Litigation Support Services and Business Valuation practice gained prominence both domestically and internationally.
1991–99
MBAF expands operations outside Florida. The Denver, Colorado office opens (now in Boulder), and the firm's burgeoning headquarters were relocated to our current home in the Miami financial district of Brickell.
MBAF establishes a Computer and Information Services Division in response to the growing demand for technology solutions that generated business results. This division is now White Owl Solutions, a thriving technology consultancy.
1990
With 40 employees, MBAF begins to formalize specialty practice groups, including the nationally acclaimed Automotive Dealership Division.
1973–1989
MBAF continues to grow while establishing an impeccable reputation in the South Florida business community.

The firm grows to almost 20 employees and relocates to South Miami, focusing primarily on general accounting, tax consulting, and auditing services.
1969
With a staff of 12, MBAF opens its doors in downtown Miami.
