Bader Martin offers an extensive array of benefits to meet our employees needs including a choice of two health plans; dental; life and disability plans. We have a generous PTO program as well as eleven paid holidays, with additional time off for religious holidays not covered by our regular holiday schedule. Parents receive eight weeks of paid parental leave. Employees who participate in our 401(k0 and profit sharing plan receive matching contributions as well as an annual profit sharing contribution. Our employees enjoy flexible scheduling including alternative work arrangements such as reduced schedules and remote work.
