Rossini North America, LLC located in Suwanee, GA USA is looking for a U.S. based Regional Sales Manager for the Mexico/Central America and Caribbean territory to join our team!

North America is a very strategic market and Rossini North America, LLC has had a manufacturing facility in Suwanee – near Atlanta (Georgia) since 1996.  We have experienced continued growth since then with Rossini North America, LLC having tripled in size, in both earnings and production volumes.

In order to expand upon our impressive growth, we are looking for a financially motivated, dedicated, confident and detail-oriented professional who is a good communicator, a self-starter, has good time-management skills, a technical sales background (but not required), can communicate in Spanish and is willing to travel extensively in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean from a home base in the U.S.

 *Applicant must be reasonably located within the United States that allows easy access to travel internationally to Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. 

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean

Reports to:  Sales Director

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee and manage the described territory by maintaining the existing customer-base and increasing our market share via a direct sales approach complimented by virtual meetings
  • Obtain a clear understanding of the market conditions and trends in each individual country
  • Be able to provide projections based upon market conditions for each individual country
  • Manage all travel, make appointments and keep up with daily customer communication/requirements
  • Identify & penetrate new market segments for our products
  • Gain proficiency in the use of our MS Dynamics ERP/Sales system
  • Arrange to exhibit and attend regional trade-shows and technical conferences

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time salary & commission position requiring extensive international travel.  When not traveling, working from a home office is required, operating regular business hours to field and respond to incoming communication and follow-up on past travel appointments.

Requirements

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.  The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment):

Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes required when visiting customers plants and employer production site.  Gloves, ear plugs, and other protective covering as needed.

Travel

This position requires extensive travel, approximately 75%.  Most travel is outside the local area and overnight.  Some of the travel is international. Applicant must be reasonably located within the United States that allows easy access to travel internationally to Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. 

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field preferred.
